According to the rules of the Baldwin County MLS, an Active listing remains active untile a Contract is written, then it goes into the Under Contract section, after closing, the MLS should have the property in the Solds within a week of the closing date. Now, this should show up in the Baldwin MLS immediately but migh take up to a 7 days to reflect on other websites that tie into the Baldwin County MLS IDX. The information we display for sold listings is obtained from the County Assessor's office and there can be as much as a three-month gap between the time a home transaction takes place and the time we receive a report of that transaction.

However we continue to update this information frequently so I encourage you to check back often for updates.
