How do we get our listings back on Trulia? Our national franchise now automatically uploads properties to the

system. Now the contact info. goes to the national website.

How can we get it back to our contact information?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the response. I'm afraid I can't really share the new features we are developing around this yet, but I can say that we are always trying to make agent visibility better and better on Trulia, so stay tuned for more evolution in this area of our site.

Best Wishes,

No worries Emily,

I have an understanding of why it is done that way but I was wondering if Trulia has any plans to allow the actual listing agents to attach their information to the listings for direct contact instead of the roundabout way.

Thanks!

Hi Paul,

I'm sorry that I misspoke in my previous answer. I should have referred you to your franchise office rather than your brokerage.

John,

Thanks for pointing that out -- I see what you mean now concerning the direct to the corporate site link which comes back to us in a roundabout way.

(And I will say Hi when I see them for you!)

Thanks!

Emily,

It's not from our specific brokerage -- it's from Coldwell Banker (Realogy) when the deal was made to upload the listing feeds to Trulia.

This listing had all of our contact information before --> http://www.trulia.com/property/1036232483-105-Chateau-Whistl…

For contact info, etc.. There are others but I'm using this one specifically as an example.

Thanks, Emily.

Paul, I just noticed if I hit the "See more photos and info" button on the listing (see web reference link below), it links to the listing on our corporate franchise site but all of my contact info is there. That is satisfactory enough for me. Perhaps it does the same on the CBPR site? Say hi to Wagmeister for me.

Hi Paul,

Your best options in this case would be to contact your broker to request that they update your listing information with your website URL so that home-buyers will be directed to your website from Trulia rather than theirs, or to request that they remove your listing information from their feed entirely. If they stop sending us your listing information, then the information you submit to us will display on our site instead.

John - it sounds as though you've submitted some of your listing information to us manually via Single Listing Submit. I'm afraid that the information you submit will not override the information sent to us by your brokerage.

Best Wishes,

Hmm, I just noticed the same issue. The listing I have up here before the auto upload is fine, the one after is as you described. I just tried modifying one of my listings on Trulia to see if that updates it. However, Trulia says 36 hours before you may see a change, so, don't know if that works. Anybody have an answer?

Just to clarify, our listing website that we use had the option to add (upload) listings to Trulia and our contact information was on the listings. Now, all of the listings have the national website contact info...

Our particular office policy is that inquiries on properties are directed to the listing agents.
