Hi Pam,

I apologize for not finding and answering your question much sooner.

There is no fee to submit listings to Trulia, but at this time we do not include FSBO listings within our search results. If you are working with a broker or agent, please direct him/her to the link below to submit your listing to us.

I'm afraid that I'm not aware of how many people from your area use our site to search. I'll check to see if that information is available and if so I'll post an update once I have it.

Best Wishes,

Pam,

It hasa been a tough market in the White Mountains. Marketing homes on the internet is an important part of marketing all listings. You may want to ask your agent where they are marketing your home and suggest using Trulia.

Good Luck!

Hi Pam:

I'm not from AZ, so I don't know about the specific market there. However, agents generally seach through an agent specific database. I do know that from my experience in Oregon, a lot of the general public does use Trulia to search for homes. I've been impressed by the numbers I've seen on my stats page.

My listings are posted through one of several professional databases that feed into Trulia. There is one that is open to the public called http://www.postlets.com that you might be able to use to post a listing yourself - for example, if you are trying to sell your home yourself. It is free unless you decide to pay a few dollars for the upgrade which includes more photos and some additional benefits.

Good luck. Also, if you decide you'd like to speak with an agent, I'd be happy to speak with you in person about what your goals. From there I can contact and pre-screen some agents in your area and give you some contact information for people who can help you: prepare your home for buyer's tours, research the market to find out at what price are similar homes selling for, and ways to market your home beyond just a few internet postings.

Feel free to call if you have any trouble with the http://www.Postlets.com website as well.

Cheers,
