Keller Williams is my broker and it's our practice to enter all of our listings on the Keller Williams Listing System. All those listings get automatically uploaded to Trulia, Zillow, Google, Yahoo and several other sites like.

Assuming that you're not at KW and not thinking about switching :-) you could use any of the sites here ...

I've found Postlets to be very useful.

The problem with the statement "ListHub will provide a seamless flow of data from MRIS to popular Internet sites with one click and no re-entry of data. Brokers will control which sites display their listings and track the traffic generated from these sites back to their own website." Is that it is untrue. Listhub gives you stats to a page they host and oh by the way for better looking pages you need to pay. They do not send traffic back to your site. Quite the contrary. Listhub is just another try and perhaps very sly way of taking control of your listings online.

There is a company called "Three Wide" (www.threewide.com) and they take your MRIS listings and automatically upload them on a number of websites including Trulia. They have a product called "ListHub". ListHub will provide a seamless flow of data from MRIS to popular Internet sites with one click and no re-entry of data. Brokers will control which sites display their listings and track the traffic generated from these sites back to their own website. ListHub keeps the data accurate and up-to-date.

It is a subsciption service but you can get the office broker to subscribe and divide up the cost amongst all office agents.

My listings are automatically posted to Truila through my website so I don't have to worry about adding them manually.
