Does anyone really work at trulia? Never receive a response for getting a feed running.

I have been trying for weeks to get our feed to trulia and they never acknowledge anything. None of our 1200 listings are appearing. I've submitted the feed using the form at the trulia site. During the same time we have gotten feeds running on all the other major sites... Before starting this process, I submitted a general question to tech support via e-mail and it took 5 weeks to get an answer!

Hi Devin,

I'm sorry for the troubles you've experienced.

I work here at Trulia and can confirm that there are others like me who work here too. I've looked for your email address in our system but I do not see your feed submission. Can you tell me when you completed the form on our site and which email address you used when you submitted your feed?

We did receive an email from you with your feed information on Monday and I believe our engineers have already contacted you about that. If you didn't receive an email from them, please let me know and I'll be sure to have it re-sent to you.
