The first step is know what your home is worth in this market, do not assume. Get a CMA from a Realtor - at no charge. Second is to look at the difference - know the required State of CT forms you will need regardless of being a FSBO or going to a Realtor. Third is how will you advertise and what type of advertising your home for sale will draw in buyers of your home.
You may be surprised that the difference may profit you more money then you expect when going with a Realtor because you will be educated along the way with facts and information along with service.
