Thank you for the follow-up question.

I'll try to clarify as best as I can. Trulia does not currently include FSBO listings within our search results, however home sellers can purchase advertising on our site just as agents can purchase Local Spotlight ads that show up on various pages of our site - usually on the right side. These ads are completely separate from our search results.

Does what you are saying mean I won't find the FSBO if I search for FSBO , but I could find it included among the listings if I searched Kissimmee Fl?

Would the main distinction be instead of a Contact Agent button I would see a Contact Owner button?

Is it, there is just not a FSBO category included in the search engine to separate them like what happens if you search for Foreclosures?

I no longer feel it’s proper for posters who are not trulia employees to state trulia’s policies. Only trulia personnel are privy to trulia’s most recent policies which can change from one minute to the next. Please call 888-568-6487 and speak to a representative for a definitive answer on their current policy regarding taking FSBO listings or ads. I am pretty certain that Trulia will not take for sale by owner listings on this site. There are of course many places on the web that will.
