CPM is cost per thousand....it's a good tool to use to see how much its costing you for 1000 impressions...whether it's online, radio, TV, newspaper, etc.

FYI - CPM means cost per 1000 impressions. It's a standard pricing model in the online ad industry. Essentiallly, you end up paying some fixed amount to have your ad seen some preset number of times. Hope this makes sense.

Just to give a quick overview, you can feature up to 10 of your listings for $50 a month. When you feature a listing, you get both the "featured" designation on the search results page, and you can add your picture and contact info to the Trulia page for your listings.
