NJ Transit has a great web site where you type in any address and it gives you information about the nearest location of bus stops, train stations, etc. Here's the link:…

Good morning. Here is NJ Transits website. Nj
The train is the Raritan Valley Line. About 1 hour door to door. Ther is also the express bus that runs along North Ave to the GSP. There is also one that runs along South Ave and at Westfield goes unto North Ave to the GSP. There also is a bus that you can pick up on Rt 22 that takes you into the city

Good luck, Eileen

You have several options for public transportation to NYC. The two most popular are taking the train (NJ Transit's Raritan Valley line) or the bus (NJ Transit's bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal). Both the bus and train stops are located in downtown Westfield. Some Westfielders prefer to drive to Jersey City and take the ferry, but this would require a car.

I'd be happy to assist you in your search -- there are a number of properties that are located within a half mile of the train/bus -- many commuters prefer that 1/2 mile radius.

I both live and work in Westfield so I know the area well -- contact me for additional info.

Hi Maria, The train station is just under 2 miles away. Karen Terrace is just a few streets off of Broad Street (a main street) going right through the main road into town and the train station is just a few streets off of Broad as well. Many who live in Westfield commute to NYC, which takes about 45 minutes. Please let me know if I can help with any other questions.
