I live in the Garth Essex complex. It has a garage under the building, so I've had no problem. You do have to pay to rent space in the garage, but it's very reasonable--about $60 per month for a single space, $80 for a double (don't quote me on those numbers). Also, there is plenty of parking on Greyrock, especially closer to the playground. Hope this helps.

Hello Corrine,
If you have to use a car, your best bet is to return at a decent hour when you'll find parking.
If you live close to the RR, you can park alongside Gray Rock, where there are over 130 new
parking spaces, although they require a parking permit which is obtainable at Eastchester Town
Hall if you are purchasing a Coop in that township. If your address is closest to the Village, therefore
belonging to the Village and Town of Scarsdale, you can purchase a parking permit and you'll
be able to park at the Freighway Parking. The beauty of living on Garth Road is the proximity to
the Scarsdale RR, Village,Shops, places of worship and even some nice nursery schools.
There is no charge for parking after 6pm until 6 or 7am and on Sundays.
I have lived in Scarsdale for most of my life. I really loved it and still frequent it as I now live only 2 minutes from it. I'm still connected to my old Village serving in some of the best organizations, such as Trustee
to the Scarsdale Historical Society and Chair of American Home at the Scarsdale Woman's Club. Please
feel free to contact me anytime. It'll be my pleasure to assist you.

That's pretty much been my experience as well. I don't live there, but have been there many times. You can find a space, you may have to walk a bit. How much depends on where on Garth Rd. you happen to live.

I like Scarsdale Manor. Nice complex, good layouts and financially solvent.

I live at Scarsdale Manor. Parking is: easy on the weekends. Can be challenging on weekdays, but only to find a spot CLOSE to your apartment. You can always find parking of some sort, though you might face a bit of a hike.

Depending on where you are - you might have to walk a bit. However, I've never seen it where you couldn't find anything. That's been my experience at many different times of the day or evening. Coops on that street are very desirable due to the fact that the area is near the train and is highly walkable as well as in a wonderful community.
