Egadus,

There is some public transportation in and out of Quakertown. But it is mostly private
bus lines such as "Trans Bridge" lines etc.
These lines run from the Lehigh Valley, to Quakertown, to Doylestown or down toward Philadelphia.
They also have limited times.

In general, you may be able to use the bus if the timing is good, but you will want
another form of transportation.
