how get nyc from mountain lakes by public transpotation?

Could you please advice concerning the public trasnportation to go to NYC from 15 Hanover Road, Mountain Lakes..

Lakeland Bus Co. runs a bus service down the middle of the Borough to the Port Authority bus terminal at 42nd Street in Manhattan every hour.
Well, you have train stations in Boonton and Denville, either of which can get you into Penn Station (from Denville it is about 78 minutes).
I think that they have bus service, but have never looked into that because the train is so much less hassle.
