Hi Carmen, demographics are on line. Search for demographics of the areas of interest.

Visit a neighborhood several times to get a sense of belonging. Check out area statistics; real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods; so, you should check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached.

Hi Carmen,

A site that my clients have used before in the past would be to get more information on different zip codes. One of the best things that you can do when moving to an unfamiliar neighborhood would be to stop by. Drive around, get a feel for the area. Stop in our local shops. I walk to East Drive often to get lunch. Talk to the people here. You might be surprised how much you'll learn from the locals. Here and else where! Finding your place to call home is all about what you feel comfortable with. A website can't tell you that like a trip there yourself can! Happy searching to you!

As realtors we are not obligated to provide that type of information. You will have to do research on your own
