You will need to provide more information . it seems you want a commercial space to purchase for 2 mil in SoHO. What is the space going to be used for ? Is ground floor needed? What size is needed or wanted? Is SoHo an area that you must be in or want to be in? When would you like occupancy and for how long will you commit to this space? Are you going to occupy or lease out this space?
