What is the best way to commute from Brigantine, Atlantic City to Manhattan or Flushing NY?

We need to reach Flushing (38th Ave ) or Manhattan (174 Center Street near SUBWAY Canal St station) in the morning. Are ther any trains or buses that would take us there?
