Paring permit in Mamaroneck ,ny

I want to buy a house in Scarsdale but need to buy parking permit in Mamaroneck train station. Does Mamaroneck train station have permit for non-resident ? Do I have to wait for long time to get it?

FIRST ANSWER
There are some areas in Town of Mamaroneck ( like Murdock Woods with Scarsdale Post Office ) which are zoned for Scarsdale schools and entitled to permits for Mamaroneck Trains .
