I don't think that there is, there are car rentals. It's a pretty small airport, but it is also pretty close to town, just a few miles south of the downtown area.

The Valley is a pretty friendly place, so if you have any connections at Adams State, I'm certain that you could make ride arrangements through the college. One of the great characteristics of the entire San Luis Valley is that the area is remote and starkly beautiful, so everyone that lives there is used to beating the odds. Arranging a ride shouldn't be a problem.
