There are 15 stations on the Lynx Blue line which runs from Uptown to Pineville. You'll probably find that the most expensive are: East/West Blvd, Bland Street, Carson, Stonewall, 3rd Street/ Convention Center, Charlotte Transportation Center / Arena and 7th Street and the others are more affordable. There are about 100 single family homes within about a mile of the Blue Line: http://goo.gl/aO4rY If you contact through profile with the preferred station(s), preferred distance from the stations, home features and price range, I can provide a refined list. You have many options avaialble to you in terms of accesibility to the Lynx and CATS serrvice in the Charlotte area. One thing that will be a factor on where to look will be the criteria you have in a place to live. How many bedrooms, bathrooms, size, amenties in the area, etc...The other is going to be your budget. Since Charlotte is a diversified city and has pockets that are more affluent than others; finding a neighborhood and area that meets your criteria will also be co-dependent on the price point you wish to stay within.
