How much traffic does 1st Street get?
Specifically interested in the area between Belmont and Oliver.

Lot's of traffic! I sold my house on first street, hated the noise, the cars, the ensuing dust.
I have no doubt that the new arena will contribute to the problem.
FIRST ANSWER
Like any other street in town, it depends on the time of day. During rush hour, 1st street between Belmont and Oliver can be quite busy. During the remainder of the day, it is fairly quiet. Evenings and nights are again fairly quiet. Some beautiful homes in that area.
