You can walk from North Avenue in Barrington to the Metra station that goes to the city in 3 - 8 minutes depending on where you are on the street. Again .. call any time if I can be of help. I was born and raised in Barrington and have raised my family here in the Village of Barrington. (847) 344-8480

This home is a short walk to the train-about 9 minutes+-. By bicycle it is about 4. There is a large parking lot if you choose to drive, but the car will not even get warm.
After that then the express train may be about 45 mins and regular about an hour+-.
Do you want me to set up an appointment for you to see this nice home in a really nice area of a great Village? My family grew up here and I went to school a few blocks away(years ago).

The train ride is between 45 min to 1 hour to Olgilvie Station downtown, depending on if it is an express train or not. Go to metrarail.com to check out the complete schedule.
