Is it possible to live in this city without a car?

San Anselmo has the Historic Hub which is the crossroads of Sir Francis Drake and Red Hill Avenue. There are many busses coming and going form here on a regular basis. They connect to the main station in San Rafael at 3rd and Heatherton, as well as the Larkspur Ferry.

There is public transit for the children to take to school and commuters to the city. Many locations and easy to use. It would be possible to live without a car if you are closer to the downtown area.
