I have sold several units in this building. It has a charming courtyard and looks very much like a New Orleans style building. This property does not have parking, but there is parking close that can be purchased on a monthly basis. The people that I have sold to love it for its charm and its closeness to lots of Downtown Long Beach activities. Just around the corner is the Passport Bus which is free and will take you to all the "hotspots". Most of the historic buildings built in the 1920-1930's do not have parking.
