Anyone know what the 7:30am commute from Aliso Viejo via the 73 toll road is to get to the 405/55 exchange?

What are my options (and timing) if I don't take the toll road (73)?

Thanks everyone for the quick response.

You can take Aliso Creek to El Toro to the 133N to the 405. I used to take this route into Irvine from Aliso Viejo every day for a couple of years. My destination in Irvine was near the spectrum. The entire drive took me about 15-20 minutes. This does put you in a more southern part of the 405, several miles behind where the 73 puts you.

I would get N Aliso Creek to the I133 free freeway to I 405 to the 55. Cut the time with at least 20 minutes, less traffic. For finding that special home please contact me florina777@gmail.com. I have ways to get you a home that is not on the market yet.

The only real option other than the 73 is the 405. It's not awful, but will take you longer. PCH would work too...prettier drive but longer than the 405.

It's a short, quick drive of 15 minutes. But it's $5.50 each way. If you need help finding that Aliso Viejo house, if welcome the opportunity to help.

It's not bad at all... I would say 15 to 20 minutes. Much faster than the 405.
