The CRR Club and Maintenance Assoc. is very accommodating working with members to set up the right payment plan for each individual. BTW, we own 5 acres in CRR and our Fee just went up to $398/yr. Now I thought the Fee had nothing to do with how big your lot is, that everyone paid the same rate every year. If that's true, then you may want to check the other numbers the listing agent wrote down here. I DO know it hasn't been $175 for us for many years.
Note to Sellers: I think your L.A. still has you overpriced. Just sayin'.

From DeeNunn: Thanks everyone for your input - and now for the conclusion of the discussion...we bought, rehabbed, and rented a 5+ acre property over there. And you're correct - it was easy to rent, especially since the property management group really knows their stuff and is doing a fantastic job for us. (Crooked River Realty Property Management) Of course we're just a tad jealous that someone else is living there for now!... more
