where can I find trends in RE prices back to 2003 in Amelia ilsand, fl?
I want to find how how the current value of homes comp[ares to what was paid in 2003/2004. (Several townhomes are on the market and they sold new the end of 2003/beginning 2004 when the market was very hot, and got even hotter.We want to purchase one of them. One went to foreclosure and sold at a pre 2004 price.

You can use the Property Appraiser's website to view home sales in a certain area. Just search the street name and then click on the mapping system. You can select any parcel and see the sales history. Feel free to contact me anytime for addtional information.
