mls listings?
I am trying to refinance and my appraisal came back much lower than I think it should have. I need 3 mls listing within a mile radius of homes that have sold in the last 6 months. How can I optain this information?
I am a local agent, if you email me your address I can try and get the comprables for you.

Is there a realtor in your area who you can ask? Usually, the realtor in your neighborhood will know which houses have sold recently that are comparable to yours and for how much. You can also ask the appraiser which homes he used as comps for his appraisal.
