HI Jenny, I happen to have a realtor friend close to you. He's with Missouri Lakes Realty, and his name is Matt Krum. I think he's closer to Warsaw, but he should be able to help. His email is matt@mattkrum.com Good Luck, Angela

All of the answers below are good and applicable in finding additional information about your house. If it's a newer house in a planned neighborhood, you might even be able to find the builder and developer for their building specs and maybe even plans. Otherwise, I'd follow the suggestions given below.

What kind of information are you looking for? There is information on line, city and county offices. Tax records, title companies and local realtors. Then there is a CLUE report that can also be done on you property that will tell what insurance claims you have filed on your home.

In some counties, you can go to the county website and find information, but in many counties, the records may not be computerized yet, or they may take a long time to update the records. When that happens you can physically go to the county offices to get the information on record about your home.

If you are looking for comps for what your home is worth, then I would suggest that you contact 3 reputable Realtors and talk to them. Keep in mind that a reputable Realtor will give you good information, even if it's not what you want to hear. Other Real Estate Salespeople may give you a higher value because they think that is the way to get your business in the first place and to kick out their competition, rather than a realistic value.

Hi......what type of information are you looking for? The county website will have the county's valuation, and some other information, taxes, etc.. What are you after?

Thanks, Todd
