how do I find out who bought a house next to me and tore it down - I think it was a sub-prime thing?

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Maureen, Everything is always found in Town Hall. Once the closing has taken place, it is all public knowledge. If you know which Real Estate Company had the house listed, you can try and call them.
