The company we use is called KWKLY (like quickly)...Let me know if you want me to get you in touch with the owner of the company...Here in Fort Lauderdale we seem to get a good response from it...

What company do you use for text message on sign. I found one 8.00 per property plus 7$ for a rider

In our area it doesn't seem to do as well as the previous agent indicated. Our area is a more laid back community and would rather make a phone call/contact their agent or look on line. It is a good tool to have because you just never know where the next buyer is going to come along and prefer to text for information.

Hello Lorry,
Our real estate company has riders attached to all our signs where someone can text a number, enter a code and receive immediate information about that property...and then we as the agents receive a report of the property and the number of the person requesting information. It has worked very well for us so far. We received a $500,000 buyer from one of the leads, and are currently working with a few others. On average we receive 10 text requests a day on various properties we have...hope that helps!
