Thank you.
The property information most likely was listed in the local MLS. I suggest that you contact a realtor in Palm Beach and ask them for the information. If the MLS in your area does not go back to 2004 you might want to check the property tax records at wwwpbcgov.com/PAPA/index.htm.
Hi Katie,
With the internet, it is quite possible to view a property listing detail almost any where!
Personnal Computers, Blackberries, Cell Phones, etc. are battery powered.
If you have a battery, and a broadband card, pulling in the internet,
You could be in a privately chartered plane, or in a boat on a river, or on a mountain top!
The problem is in remembering the address of the property you saw in 2004!
Was it in Jupiter? Tequesta? or was it on Singer Island? Maybe it was in Palm Beach Gardens? West Palm Beach?
If you can remember 2004, then you are better than most of us!
Nevertheless, you can view a property listing any where there is electricity from the wall. Or from a battery, if you have the right equipment!
Now, as far as "We",
You have to obey the rules of where ever you are,
And what medium you are using.
Let's say you are a woman, and you are using a Blackberry.
Let's say that you are actually a part of a group of women (after all, you indicated "we"),
And you, collectively, wanted to use your Blackberry in a Men's Bathroom at the Marriott or Ritz Carlton,,,
I would say, do not attempt this.
If nobody reported that you and your group of women friends were in the men's bathroom, then you probably could view the property listing,
but you may be embarrassed if some man came in and asked what your group of lady friends were doing in the Men's Bathroom at the Marriott or Ritz Carlton!.
PEASE ASK ME ANY QUESTION!
As far as looking into the MLS, you can still look at the property listing anywhere!
Invite your Realtor to go Fishing , to your next Pool Party, or on your next trip to the Far East.... but make sure he/she brings his/her SAFEMLS Key!
Now, have you gone back to the street where you saw that house in 2004? If not, there may be a new Strip Mall there. Perhaps a new Interstate has replaced the home. My best advice is to go and see if the house you saw in 2004 is still there! Call me a conservative... I would go and look!
Sincerely,
Steven P. Wood, Realtor

As long as your local REALTOR Association hasn't switched to a new MLS (we've had that problem), your REALTOR should be able to pull the old listing by searching the address. And if he or she can't get the MLS info, anyone can access the local tax assessor's web site.
Hi,
Any real estate professional with access to the MLS for the area where the house is located can look up that property for you. You could also go to the city or town hall where the home is and ask to see the assessors card on the property. That is public information,. There is also a possibility that your city has the info online. Call the Assessors office to inquire.
Hi Katie, What is the address of the property? I can search the Palm Beach County MLS for you. Just send me the info by email karina@lealusa.com
