We need to fire our current IDX provider and find another. Any recommendations?

As a Windermere agent, we currently have a modifiable IDX links, however the look doesn't match our branding. It matches Windermere's. We currently have our other 2 download agreements being used, but we're looking to fire one of them. Here's our challenge. One of the IDX providers refused to change the "schedule a showing" option from an email link to a form which prevented the capability of web based email users to contact us. We then spent an incredible amount of time changing to another provider who did great in helping us customize the look and feel of our IDX so that it matched our image. However, much of our lead generation from multiple different sites comes from offering instant email notifications of new listings. Not only has our new provider failed to complete this function, but has also failed to keep us updated on its progress over the last several months. I'm considering switching to iHomefinder, but they don't really have and up-to-date look and feel.

I've actually solved the problem, and was mostly just going through the provider's growing pains as a new guy. He's turned out to be the best!!! I've certainly played with Wolfnet building http://focusrealtynw.com and not at all a fan. The custom search link builder is glitchy, and the width of search results are 'fixed,' so embedding them is only convenient if the allowable space for the site being built matches that of the idx--should be the other way around. Top Producer is just too expensive and also not user friendly. <3 IDXNW. But, thank you for the recommendation.
