Many missing homes vs. other sites. Comparison tools can’t be too accurate. Anybody got a better site?

Carl Moore
Home Buyer

I'm from Birmingham, AL and I am relocating to the Pawleys Island area after the school year next spring. I'd really like to see what the 5BR 3500 sqft inland homes are selling for. Anybody have a really good site that has all properties for sale, as well as solds?

Hi Carl,

It sounds like you have a little while before you are ready to make a move but it's a great idea to start looking now. Tara and I work out of the Pawleys Island office and would be happy to interview for the position of your Buyers Agent. Please start by going to our website at http://www.MyrtleBeachHomePro.com and from there you can search for property through our MLS and you can request a FREE newcomers guide that we would be very happy to mail out to you at no cost. Again we would love the opportunity to speak with you before you make a decision on whom you will work with.

Carl, research is frustrating at times. Try comparing Treulia "Find Homes" and Zillow.com. If you are stilll dissatisfied with your results, any Local Realtor in Pawleys Island can provide that information very quickly for you.

Good answer Ruth. In addition I would also check out the local craigslist at http://craigslist.com. I am also a big fan of Google.

Carl:
I think your timing is off on asking this question. We just had a Spam poster promoting the site we would most likely recommend to you. The spammer also had several fictional buyers. I would search Pawleys Island Real Estate on Google and find a local agency that offers online searches. The information you get from them will be better than a national site.
