Is there any type of central source to find homes for rent in the downtown/spanish town area?

My husband and I will be returning to Baton Rouge in May after a 3 year stint overseas. I know the town has changed a lot; I'm excited about the things I have heard about the downtown revitalization projects. We will have to rent initially and are looking for a simplified way of searching for available properties.

You can hire a rental agent to help you find a rental.

RentLSU.com has properties available just south of Downtown. They are an easy commute, just minutes away. .

One of the best ways i know of is to go through a Property Management Company. Sometimes you can find rental information on the internet but they are not always up to date/correct. Another great resource you can try is Craigslist.
