Hi Bob,

That's a great question, as not all REALTORS are familiar with in and outs of finding a profitable residential rental property. My team and I do have experiance in this area as well as spreadsheets that we utilize with clients to help them determine the most to pay for a property based on repairs required and the rent thresholds fo the area.
