Hey im looking also! you can go to real estate companies and they have a paper that has listings there also! Did you ever find anything? MY issue with it is i have pet, very hard to find a nice place that allows pets

Two good places that I've found to search for rentals is Craigslist.org and rentals.com. Here are direct links to their Iowa sites:
