You won't know if you don't try. Put it on the market and see if you get any interest. If you don't get your price, there's nothing lost, try again next year. Our company sells to more then 60 percent of out of state buyers. You will want to make sure you're marketing to these out of state buyers. Marketing exposure is everything, just make sure you've got a Realtor who covers all marketing available. We put our listings on Comcast chanel 888, which is getting a lot of interest from local buyers.

Thank you,

Jdacumos,
Great question. I live in Peyton Pines and I have sold a couple of lots in the area. Right now though records are showing the last lot sold was in September 2007. So lots are not moving quickly. There are a few on the market and they have been on the market from 50 days to over 300 days. I would be happy to do a free current market anaylsis to let you know what your lot might sell for in todays market. I have lived in Peyton Pines for 3 years so I am familar with the area and would love to help. Give me a call or email for more information. Have a great evening.
