I am a real estate in Silicon Valley and sell the land in Los Angeles County too.
If you are looking for land , I will suggest you to check :
http://www.loopnet.com
You can get limit information join sign up the basic member.
Another idea is check the local agent.
I have subscribed the local MLS in Souther California, Santa Clara County and Antelope Valley.
From which I can get enough resource for my clients. Like planning, location... it is very important on your investment

Robin, http://www.remax.com offers the ability to search homes nationwide. You can also search for a local agent to assist you. I do not work the Sanford area, but can put you in touch with a qualified agent in that area.

Hi Robin, realtor.com is probably your best bet to start your search. Also, you might try the websites of all the national brand realty companies. You can do a search on Google for Sanford NC real estate, and the most proactive realtors in the area should pop up for you. Check out their websites, and make a few contacts. If you find a realtor whose approach you like, you can then have them help you look--it doesn't cost you anything to have assistance in your search. Most good reputable realtors would be happy to assist you.
