I am a Realtor and have been farming a neighborhood with a newsletter. I want to expand by having a

neighborhood web site that neighbors can visit, blog, etc. I want to have my newsletter as an e-letter link and also want to have IDX functionality so heighbors can see listings and real estate trends in their neighborhood and beyond. Also want it to look professional and not take too much time each month to maintain. Has anyone had good experience with a website that I can check out? Thanks... have a GREAT day! Paul

Hi Paul,
Check out TheRealEstateTomato. They make wonderful blogs and you could add IDX to your blog. It is reasonable and very effective.

I would also suggest connectingneighbors.com. Their sites are full function, easily managed and inexpensive. Well worth considering.

I built all my own and that works great! Check outhttp:// www.Bethanyhomes.info. We have 45 sites there. We built that site and are updating it now.

There is a neighborhoood group called myonlineneighborhoods.com . That is a pretty spendy but veru effective neiighborhood site builder.

best wishes and good idea!
