If the property is located in zip code 33176, it is most likely in unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Here is a brochure from Miami-Dade County with some general information about setbacks:

There is a phone number on the front of the brochure if you need further information.

Hope this helps!

Amy,

You could also call the local city or township where the property is located and ask to speak to someone in the planning and zoning department. If you give them your address they will be able to look up your zoning and give you the specific requirements over the phone. I hope that helps.

I believe it would depend on the size of your property and the zoning for that part of the city or county. I would call a company like Ted's Sheds and ask them. They should know the rules for each jurisdiction that they install sheds in. Here is the # for Ted's Sheds of Hialeah- Telephone: 305.231.0203
