Finding a single home for rent in this market is quite easy. Many homes are being rented verses sold. The sellers are holding onto their investment and renting to the public. Your credit will be checked and employment verified.
Check your local real estate agent and office. We usually have a few homes for rent at any given time. You also should check the local free newspaper and online. You'll be sure to find an answer.
Best of luck.- Mark
I would check with local newspapers and weekly circulars. Check with local real estate offices and property managers. Also, you could check with the local churches, schools and supermarkets.
I would call thereceptionist at severl local churches in that small town. They know everything....you may be surprised!
First, I would call a local property management company, if you can find one. Next, I'd call a real estate office and ask if rentals are listed on their MLS. Then, I'd ask how their market is, in case they have some listings that haven't sold, and see if they might be rented upon expiration of the listing.
If there are no websites available, you may have to just ask around. Call around to the local Real Estate Companies and Property Management companies. They may have some leads for you. However, most of the time, Single-Family properties are managed privately, so you may have a harder time getting one good source. Also, check local newspaper listings. Hope this helps!
