How can I find the statistics for the houses sold in Oshkosh, WI in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007?

As far as past years for houses sold, you could contact their City Hall. Also, Oshkosh is in Winnebago County in Wisconsin. Google may help you search as long as you know the County. Also, the local Realtor Association keeps those stats - Margaret Canfield
