Probably realtor.com and I do the upgraded lisitings. I've found it to be the best bang for the buck hands down.
The NLS seems to be gaining popularity too.
If you use virutal flyers that automatically syndicate to google, yahoo, etc... that works well.

FIRST ANSWER
I post my listings on Realtor.com featured homes, blog about them on Active Rain, Craigslist works really well as well as KW.com feeds the listings to Trulia and other search engines.
