Nathan, Most of the brokers in Tulsa have sites that are fed by the Tulsa MLS--our companies is listed below and you can search the MLS on it. Many agents have individual sites as well where you can search the MLS but you often have to sign in to their sites to use it. If you are using an agent, he/she can set up a search for you that will update on a daily basis and can utilize more criteria than is available for you to search on. These searches can be set up for specific areas, school districts, neighborhoods, etc.
I maintain my links to the San Antonio and New Braunfels MLS though IDX on my website and I am sure a good realtor in your area does the same.
Nathan,
Many buyers want to research properties and areas before they decide on a realtor.
The local MLS will have the most accurate and up to date information on properties.
However the MLS is available only to realtor members.
Currently there is a Home Buyers Scouting Report available to the public who want to research properties before contacting a local realtor
I would be happy to set you up with the Home Buyers Scouting Report
It is a Password Protected system that draws homes in your parameters directly from your local MLS.
The system will give you Price, Pictures, Addresses and Directions to the homes.
Lets you file the homes you like and make notes to yourself about the homes.
And will update you daily via email on new homes within your parameters that come on the market or change status or price.
If you would like to be set up on this system just email me the email address you want used and your home search parameters (minimum bedrooms, minimum baths, maximum price, Cities/towns you are intereste in, etc)
Try Realtor.com....all of the MLS listings are on the site. Good luck! It's a great time to buy!
We're all human, so no site is going to be 100% accurate all the time. However, in regards to homes for sale, you'll need to use a site that feeds directly from the MultiList (MLS). Realtor.com is the most popular real estate website, but it sometimes takes as much as a week for properties to feed from our local MLS to that site. As far as I know my brokerage is the only company in the Tulsa area that has a "perpetual feed" to the Tulsa MLS. That is, our sites get updates every day from the MLS so that the information is virtually as up-to-date as it possibly could be. Please feel free to use the Property Search on my website orhttp:// www.kw.com with no obligation. Basically, if it's on the Tulsa MLS then it's on my site! Good luck!
Do you mean a site that would provide real estate listing information? If so I would only say that your local MLS is the most accurate and up to date, even then sometimes you have to contact a listing agent to verify info.
