Can anyone recommend software good for real estate investment evaluation and organization. I have recently

purchased a 4 flat on Chicago's north side. I will be looking for more opportunities in the near future and would like to be able to evaluate their performance better. Any suggestions from users?

I've heard good things about On Target, and as an additional resource I'd suggest you check out the resources made available at millionairesystems.com. That site is run by the authors of The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, which in itself is a phenomenal resource.

I use software called On Target to provide my buyer clients with 10-year reports that analyze returns, tax breaks, etc. Its inexpensive and easy to use, an accountant in WI created it

Abigail,

I have found the calculators available on mortgage-investments.com to be helpful. If you scroll to "real estate investment" you can find some valuable tools for determining whether a property is worth buying or not.

Great question. I have seen some software on Landlord.com but they can be a bit pricey. I have 4 rentals and made up my own excel spreadsheet. I can't seem to find some free open software on the net.

Good luck on your search!
