I would sayhttp:// www.greatcityrealestate.com - i think thats all they do is lease options or rent to own. I cant find a website strictly dedicated to lease options with more homes than them.

Get your own Realtor/Buyers Agent--they will have all the resourses, and represent YOUR interests.

Lease option are best found through your local Realtor. As to rentals I would try craigslist, rentals.com or online version of you local paper.

BEST ANSWER
The best place to look for lease purchase and lease option proerties is to find an agent who works with this type of client and understands the contracts. Also, you may find an agent who works with investors who may purchase a property for you to lease option or purchase back from them - we do that and it works very well. I do have a few realtors in the Columbus area that will be able to help you, just let me know and I will connect you with them.

The MLS is the best place to find these homes as we put in the available types of financing on each property - it will be the most comprehensive site you can find this info on, and you will have to have an agent to access the site.
