Activerain is good, but depending on what kind of deals you're looking for... you may want to try the local investor associations. SAREIA is a good one to start with! http://www.sareia.com.

I've also got a good network of some large investors in town, so you could contact us to see what we may be able to help you with.

Try active rain. Send me an email of the project and I'll see if any of my investors are interested. They prefer $1-2 mil investments with at least a 10% return
