Like everything else in today's economy there's lot's of competition in this arena. We just retained a Social Media Empire Marketing. and are working with

After shopping, interviewing, pricing and evaluating RE website designers for a couple of months we are very comfortable with them. Their rates are fair but more importantly their very fast and efficient, understand the RE market and deliver a quality product for a very fair price. They will also work with you on a pay as they perform plan. This I really appreciate as so many designers demand such high front end deposits.

We'll be up and running in about a week and it's only taken them about a month. Finally, there ongoing maintenance and service charges are very reasonable. This to me is equally as important as the front end cost.

I think they're excessively costly as well.

I additionally utilize Dave at RE Website Pro. You can look at my site to see his work.

Good Luck!

I have used them and have different experiences both time. The first time was great. They were responsive, easy to work with, etc. The second time didn't turn out so well and was the complete opposite experience-slow to respond, had to stay on them to complete tasks for the site, blah, blah, blah. Try a Word Press site!

Sinead, Please define EXPENSIVE. How do you quantify or better yet qualify that? Just curious.

BTW, I forgot to mention that their specialty is SEO. I probably shouldn't be blasting this out to all our competition but oh well what goes around certainly comes around. Hope it helps. If you know anyone out there looking for a good distressed property RE investor, broker, and general contractor rehab specialty company all under one roof and owned by one family we'd be happy to work with you.

I agree with Ryan. I've been an IT Engineer for 18 years and even I outsource 60% of my design work!
You can hire very experienced web designers/software developers from India for $4-$8 an hour.

My favorite is:

I started to then cancelled before starting any part of the process. Their designer flaked on the first two calls we were supposed to have to start talking about the design. They promised they would but never returned my money. After repeated requests they said they'd return it while keeping a 25% fee. After they again didn't give me a refund I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Eventually the charge was reversed.

I don't know how their websites turn out in real life, but their customer service is awful!!
