Hi Alberto, What is wrong with this home is a very open ended question. The home is listed as a short sale. This means that once you submit an offer on the home, it will require third party approval. Usually this is the one who holds the note for the mortgage. The process can be lengthy as far as time goes. This home does need work inside as well as outside. Depending on your skill level and if you like a challange, this may or may not be a good home for you. I would be happy to give you all my thoughts on this home and what you should consider as relevant issues. I have gone through this home and it is about a mile from where I live. Please feel free to call me if you would like more information or if I can help you with any real estate need in New Jerasey. I would love to answer or your questions or set up a time for you to see this or any other home that you are interested in.

That really varies. Even if a house is assessed at 300,000 and it is being sold as a bank owned for 200,000, your taxes are much higher, so you cannot go by the price of the home. There are also many successful tax appeals now because of the declining market. If you need assistance in Tabernacle/Shamong, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Anti, you said you dropped your price 5 times. Emotionally tough I am sure. Unless you really had very, very little exposure to have to deal with that, it was probably because it was overpriced to start. If you are not keen on hiring a real estate agent, at least do yourself the favor of paying an appraiser three or four hundred bucks to price it.
Keep in mind if it sits around for a year as you deal with the learning curve, you might lose more than by going right to an agent.
Bravo for you at least for reaching out to ask peoples' opinions.... more
