Please specify what Community you are referring to and the township it is located in. If a home is listed through a Broker, the TRUE taxes are supposed to be listed without any exemptions. I'm not saying this is the case for the property you are referring to.... more
A Realtor can give you an estimated value of the home which is called a Current Market Analysis or "BPO" Broker Price Opinion. This is not an "Appraisal".
Depending on why you need/want to find out the value of a home, you might have to contact a licensed Appraiser.... more
Great question. In order to know the value, I would need the address, section, lot and block numbers to determine the value. Also, it would be extremely important to determine on whether or not the lot can be built on. I have seen parcels of land for sale in other areas that are not approved for building.... more
In my opinion, when it comes to finding accurate sales data, The Multiple Listing Service is one of the best resources. Also, check with the local township to see what the sale price of home was and when the deed was recorded. HREO.com has so many duplicate properties, a number of years ago, I saw prices for the same home listed differently. HREO also accepts open listings, some have been on the market for years.... more
