Homes in this range can stay on the market a bit longer ....as the type of buyer that it requires is fewer than your average $300k home. Lending restrictions also require most buyers in this category to have at least a year's reserves in the bank if over a million. I've found that the homes in the lower ranges in Stonebriar are a little dated. (Don't get me wrong, it's a BEAUTIFUL, gated community, but so many people these days want move-in ready). It's a great location if you want location, location, location! You should also check out what Starwood has to offer (if you haven't already).
